How many chapters are there in each part?

In history part I there are 4 chapters. In part II, there are 5 chapters & in part III, 6 chapters are there.

Can I skip any chapter which is least important in 12th board exams?

No, because in board exams any question can come from any chapter. So, it is really important to prepare and revise all the chapters.
